Некоммерческие организации являются юридическими лицами и со стороны законодателя объясняется справедливая позиция, что за образованием любого юридического лица следует осуществлять контроль. В статье рассматривается порядок регистрации некоммерческих организаций, а также государственные органы, осуществляющие регистрацию. Авторы пришли к выводу, что в нашей стране существует двухступенчатая модель регистрации некоторых видов некоммерческих организаций и необходимы поправки в законодательстве с целью упрощения порядка.

Non-profit organizations are legal entities and the legislator explains the fair position that the formation of any legal entity should be monitored. The article examines the procedure for registering non-profit organizations, as well as government bodies carrying out registration. The authors came to the conclusion that in our country there is a two-stage model for registering certain types of non-profit organizations and amendments to the legislation are needed to simplify the procedure.
